So to keep you going and make sure you stay on the path of health and fitness, here are our tips on how to rebuild your wardrobe around your active lifestyle.

    1. Opt for comfort and function. Start with comfortable and functional underwear. Choose those that are easy to move around in, whether you’re hitting the gym, competing in recreational badminton, or going biking for a couple of kilometers. Skip the boxer briefs and opt for mens thongs because these offer more freedom in movement and activity. As for your daily wear, find clean silhouettes when it comes to trousers, shirts, and blazers. Classic cuts give you an advantage because you can mix and match them up.
    2. Opt for classic design, rather than trendy. It’s so easy to fall into the trendsetting era and add to your cart items that look like they just came from the runway. The danger here is that these “trends” may not be as trendy in the next season of the following years. It’s really advisable to stay with classic clothing designs so you can just grab anything off the rack and you’ll still look like a million bucks.
    3. Opt for clothes that emphasize, not overwhelm. Now that you’ve got biceps, toned abs, or killer legs from all the exercise you’ve worked hard for, you definitely have to show your body off. This means you get to wear the fitted short sleeve button down shirts, fitted trousers, and narrow-waisted blazers. Don’t even worry about brief lines showing in your pants. This is why mens thongs were invented, to give boxer briefs a competition because they’re so breathable, comfortable, and still do the job of keeping things in their right place.
    4. Opt for color mixing, not neutrality. Life is too short to always be caught wearing neutral colors and earth-tone colors. Don’t be afraid to wear a pink thong underneath your teal trousers, paired with a dark button down, and a beige-colored coat. Learn to play with colors for your daily outfits, shoes, and accessories. Show a sunny disposition through your entire ensemble and just vibrate positivity out into the world.
